Ignores Notification Preferences

Pros: allows access to foundry when offline, allows access to extractors when offline, can use it to check inventory from dojo.

Cons: totally ignores notification settings blasting you with everything under the sun even when you tell it you only want x y or z, logs you out every time, sends PC notifications to PS4 users.
